| What things have gone wrong with the car? | At 80mph on highway, engine RPM could have been a little lower IMHO. | |
| General comments? | Owed a smidge on the Explorer when I traded it in, but if you don't count that part of the loan looks like I paid around $25k out the door including what they gave me for my trade. Got $100 over invoice on an Internet deal, and 2.9% interest for 60 months, can't beat that - free money. LS is a great deal. So much standard. To get an "S" to that point you end up paying more $$ for same options. Got standard LS package (ac, pw, pl, roof rack, cargo cover, cargo mat, V6 auto, etc) and didn't upgrade anything - took the AM | |
| Previous car | 1994 Ford Explorer 4WD XLT -- Ford was a rattle-trap and squeaker. Rode like a truck but a REALLY rough ride. Had typical probs as mileage crept up but traded in at 75,000 mi and value took a dive. Shouldn't at 75K, but that's a Ford for you. Liked my Exp | |
