| What things have gone wrong with the car? | everything between the bumpers | |
| General comments? | This truck is a big heap-o-junk! When I first purchased it, I was pleased. It was cool looking compared to other mid-sized SUV's. I purchased it in February 2000 and I have now 63,000 miles on it. Within a week of owning it I smelled gas inside the truck, which the service people said was normal (no leaks found). The steering wheel shakes like crazy above 55 mph. The transmission went out at 48,000. Then, the ABS and Brake light came on. The repair shop said it was a "sensor" problem. At 63,000 the Check Engine light came on. It was a bad intake manifold (not covered by warranty). Isuzu customer service stated that to many dealerships were close to each other so they had to close one. This does not make any sense, because other than the one in Harvey, LA (which they closed) the next closest one is in Baton Rouge, LA. Now,I have to drive close to 100 miles (1 1 | |
