| | | General comments? | I Hate this truck. I purchased it because it was cute and looked trendy. I had graduated from college and wanted a new car. I test drove it and fell in love. Well, that has all changed. I have had to take it back to the dealership several times for brake problems (the same problem each time). Part of my concern was the service department. AJ Foyt sold to Sterling McCall and it's been down hill every since. I had previously purchase two "used" Hondas from AJ Foyt, but unfortuantely Sterling Mccall is not up to par. They could never find out what was wrong with the brakes, on one ocassion they refused to look at them on a Saturday because they only did oil changes, but because it was under warranty they keep it overnight. They fixed it temporarily, but in less than six months I had the same problem again (5 times I had the same problem). Well, Sterling McCall sold to Robbins dealership. The brakes messed up again ( in less than 4 mos), but of course my warranty was up. Robbins had me pay $200 for replacement of hardware because according to them a bolt in the brakes was loose. 7 days later, I had a wreck because the brakes went out. Thank God I was not killed and didn't kill anyone. My insurance company sent it to another place and it was determined that my master cylinder was no good. What A Joke.
The SUV sucks. DO NOT BUY. Not only are the brakes no good, but each time you hit the slightest bump it feels like it is going to fall apart. | | | Previous car | Mazda, Honda |
