| | | General comments? | I bought a new 1999 LSE 2WD Rodeo in 1999 and drove it for three trouble-free years and 80,000 miles. I traded it in on a 2002 Axiom. While I love the Axiom, I quickly realized that I missed the Rodeo. I recently had a need for another vchicle. I contacted the dealer and was thrilled to find that they had a 1999 LS with 35,000 miles on it. When I drove this vehicle, all of the things that I loved about the Rodeo came back to me. The rugged good looks, strong motor, crisp handling. I couldn't buy this vehicle fast enough. For all of those people that are writing bad reviews about the Rodeo, get a grip people. This is one of the best mid-sized SUVs available on the market today. Especially the 1998 and newer models. I would definately recommend the 3.2 litre V6, however, the 4 cylinder engine is a General Motors manufactured engine and has typical GM reliability problems. Overall, I would recommend the Rodeo highly to anyone interested in a mid-sized SUV. Don't believe all of the negative press that you read about this vehicle, my experience has shown it to not be true. | | | Previous car | 2002 Isuzu Axiom, 1999 Isuzu Rodeo LSE, 1997 Chevrolet Blazer |
