| | Model | Rodeo | | | What things have gone wrong with the car? | 1. Lug studs are notoriously soft, but anit-seize will help prevent breakage on tire changes.
2. '92 has manually locking front hubs.
3. Everything seems to hit my windshield.
4. Of course it doesn't hold nearly what my F-250 can, cargo wise- BUT, what it does hold it keeps dry! | | | | |
| | | General comments? | I bought this truck as a work truck, to replace my Ford F-250. Let me tell you folks, I'll take Isuzu's 20mpg over my Ford's 10mpg any day! My old S-10 didn't get that good mpg either. This Rodeo is a very comfortable SUV. It's a '92 and the interior is in almost perfect condition. Contrary to what I've read here, the seats are very durable. I've had dogs, all kinds of tools, and general crap all over these seats. They cleaned up great and look practically new. The V-6 is plenty strong, the 5 speed is lots of fun, and the vehicle is good looking- minus the dents and scratches it has endured. It does take some bumps hard, but if your gentle with it, it's gentle back. I've had it off-road and it did just fine. Gets into smaller places than my F-250 too! This is also the first vehicle I ever had that, when I changed the oil, it was still clear when I checked it again weeks later. I'm still shocked about that- and yes, the oil pump is still working... By the way, it had 133,000 miles on it when I bought a month 1 | | | Previous car | I've had a Chevy S-10 (Isuzu has better mileage and feels better)
My Ford F-250 superduty extended cab. Can't really compare 'em, but each has it's own strengths and weaknesses for certain applicat |
